Kickboxing Fitness Boot Camps

 Kickboxing Fitness is an excellent way for both men and women to get in great shape while having fun and learning some real-world self-defense skills. 

Each class is 60 long minutes and starts with some functional fitness training drills  similar to what we do in our Boot Camps.  You'll burn fat, create lean muscle, improve the way your body performs and increase your overall confidence.

We next work on Muay Thai Kickboxing skills and training.  This portion of the class involves skills and drills training plus work on the heavy bags, focus mitts, Thai pads and more.  You will be working with others of your same ability level on kicks, strikes, offensive combinations and defensive counters. 

Kickboxing Fitness Boot Camps at Beach Bodz are led by Chris Clark.  Chris is a former member of  the Dojo World Team who trained under World Champion Maurice Travis for years and currently competes as an amatuer Muay Thai fighter.  Chris is often assisted by Philip who has several decades of Martial Arts experience and is a Certified Self-Defense Instructor.

Our Kickboxing Fitness Boot Camps are held 4 evenings per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from either 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM or from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.     You may choose to train either 2 or 4 times per week .

Cost is $40 per month for 2 training sessions per week and $55 per month for 4 training sessions per week.   If you start mid-month your cost will be pro-rated for the remainder of the first month. 

  • 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday
  • 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday

Saturday Morning Kickboxing Fitness Class

We have a drop-in class every Saturday from  11 AM to 12 PM.  This class focuses on kickboxing fundamentals and Boot Camp fitness.  It is a great way to workout, have some fun and learn some real Muay Thai Kickboxing.

No pre-regisration is required.  Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a bottle of water and a small towel.  $$5.00 drop-in fee per class.
