I’ve been really busy lately with landscaping the new house and haven’t been able to get to the gym. I really enjoy it when I have to do straight bodyweight training and am forced to be creative. Here’s a “fun” little workout that leaves me feeling ripped every time!
Beach Bodz Double It + 1 Workout
For Round 1 complete:
1 Push-up
2 Squats
4 Jumping Jacks
For each of the proceeding rounds add 1 Push-up then double the Squats and Jumping Jacks.
Round 2 would be:
2 Push-ups
4 Squats
8 Jumping Jacks
Round 3 would be:
3 Push-ups
6 Squats
12 Jumping Jacks
Keep adding a push-up and then doubling that number for your Squats. Double the Squats equals the number of Jumping Jacks
Do AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 05 minutes (Beginner), 10 minutes (Moderate), 15 minutes (Advanced) or 20 minutes (Stud / Studette… lol!).
This is a very simple but very effective bodyweight training routine that will rock your metabolism. And best of all you can complete it indoors or outdoors in limited space.
You gotta try it if you want real results!
